(1) eLeave is on JP-Master and the IP is

(3) After the domain name or IP is a colon (:) followed by the port number – 8080 for eLeave and 8051 to 8055 for DTCsys
Simple verification tool:
Browse to … … and enter the following …
– Your IP address ==> Enter domain name (if via WAN) or IP address (if via LAN)
– Port Number ==> Enter 8080 (eLeave) or 8051 (DTCsys)
– Click Check
If response is Closed, then the problem is the JP-DTCsys server.
If response is Open, then the problem is DTCsys application program

(5) Change your mailbox password

#Common IssuesProblem/Solution
1Windows(1) Search textbox missing (may happen after a Windows update).
From task bar (right-click) –> Search –> Show search box
(2) Windows account problem
This warning appears in the system tray (bottom right of screen) because the same Microsoft account ( is used on multiple desktops and laptops. Either ignore or create your own MS account.
(3) Windows customisation after an update

Default mailbox size limit is two (2) Gb. Therefore, always perform regular maintenance to delete old emails from Inbox and Trash.
(2) Bounced email
May be due to problem with sender or recipient. To verify, try sending the same email (with attachment, if any) to the same recipient but using a different email account (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail). If successful, then the problem is with the sender (Jetpharma’s mail server), otherwise the problem is with the recipient’s mail server.
3Printer (1) Add new printer
From Control Panel –> Hardware and Sound –> Add Printer –> Select the printer that is “detected” on the office LAN.
(2) Cannot print
= Check … paper tray and LAN connection
= Reboot computer
= If still unresolved, then Delete Printer and Add Printer from Control Panel.

5Windows Maintenance(1) CCleaner – Health Check to remove browser cache files, cookies and trackers.
(2) CCleaner – Registry
to cleanup “leftovers” in Windows Registry.
(3) Control Panel – Programs to uninstall unused/unwanted application programs.
(4) Antivirus – Windows Defender is good enough, all others should be removed. Always check that there is a green tick on its icon in the System Tray.
6Sources of Virus(1) Computer viruses are easily implanted into files and are triggered when the files are opened, which include … audio files, email attachments, photos, program install files, screen savers and video clips.
(2) Browsers automatically download cookies and trackers for a better user experience. This is another source where viruses can easily be implanted into such files. If unsure about a website, use your phone’s browser instead.
